T.I. Blames Race Issues for House..
T.I. was rejected for a house for 2.5 million in Atlanta. T.I. blames his skin complexion for the scenario. I wouldn’t doubt it either T.I. Hip-hop star T.I. lost out on a dream home because of the color of his skin, according to the rapper himself. The 26-year-old arrived with cash to buy the luxury property in his native Atlanta, Georgia, but his offer was turned down. He tells Blender, “They wanted $2.5 million for that house over there. I was ready to pay cash. But once they saw who I was, the house wasn’t for sale anymore. If you ask me it’s because I’m a young black man.” T.I. adds, “I just bought a bigger house.”

Well, I thought she would have learned about the mistakes she made in the past. But I was wrong.

.Rumors began heating up last week after Christina and her husband Jordan Bratman were seen leaving Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, then popped up again at the Maternal Fetal Medicine Association in NYC on Thursday. Christina has also been taking pains to hide her stomach behind a notebook and large scarves and sweaters. Perhaps even more telling, Christina’s usually quick-to-deny rep instead issued a statement saying,I cannot confirm. My sources tell me, Christina is totally pregnant. We’ve known for weeks. She’s about 10 weeks. If the timeline is true, this would give Christina a last week of December/first week of January due date. Christina Aguilera is pregnant. It is official. So the rumors are no more. Aguilera has yet to release an official statement, but expect one soon. Christina’s pulling a Gwen Stefani — the final leg of her tour starts next week and lasts through August 3rd!

It seems to me, that in the last time she's making a lot of Charity.Here she is posing with Jay-Z and Iman (no idea who she is) on two different Vanity Fair covers. It's a kinda social campaign to underline the huge problems in Africa. I hope the G8-Meeting in Germany was successful and will lead to progress.

A brand new season of Wild N Out is back on MTV. Last week they had there first episode featuring Snoop Dogg. You can catch the show at its normal time Thursdays at 10pm followed by Short Circuitz. The good thing is he managed to get his act together. However, did Rihanna have to tell the masses? Either way, I commend her father for doing the right thing and being their for his daughter.“I just knew that my mom and dad would always argue when there was a foil paper with an ashtray,” she says. “He would just go into the bathroom all the time. I didn’t know what it was. … [But] he knew that to get closer to [his kids], he had to cut that out. And he did.”

Chili has yet another track leak from her album in the works. The album is titled, “Point Of View.” The track is has a catchy vibe that didn’t catch me in the beginning but towards the chorus I was completely wrapped around Chili’s finger. I’m excited to see what Chili brings to the table.

More Britney Details
In todays EXCLUSIVE Ultimate news, producer Nate Hills has just spoken about Britney Spears new album, he said the album is a complete up-tempo album; he also said that he produced 8 tracks for her album. I still speak of Britney as one of my favorite, eventhough a lot of people don’t consider what she has gone through these couple of years; I really hope the album turns out great & th first single gets released summer time.
